Coolest Projects

I’m super proud to share that I presented my project at Coolest Projects 2025, an international event run by the Raspberry Pi Foundation to celebrate young tech creators. My project was an Air to Water Generator, and it was all about solving a real-world problem using science and innovation.

The idea came to me when I learned that there’s moisture in the air all around us, even in places where water is scarce. I wondered — could I build something to turn that invisible moisture into drinkable water? That curiosity turned into weeks of research, design, coding, and hardware building.

My generator works by pulling in humid air and using a Peltier cooling module to condense it into water droplets. These droplets are then collected and filtered. I used sensors connected to a Raspberry Pi to monitor temperature and humidity, and displayed the data live. It was amazing to see it actually producing water — from thin air!

To explain the project, I created a video and submitted it for the showcase. I was really excited to share not just how it works, but why it matters — because access to clean water is a huge challenge in many parts of the world.
